Absolutely adorable young girl.....craves attention ...sticks her nose through the bars of her kennel in the hope of getting some.....Very pretty...affectionate...good on the lead...and loves to play ball.....on extra feeds at the moment as she is quite thin still.....

Stop calling him a girl!
He'll get a complex!!
Emma tells me he's a boy.
Here are some basic lessons:
1. Turn the dog on its back
2. if there's meat and two veg it's a boy
3. If there's meat and no veg, the rescue have saved themselves over £100
4. If there's no meat and no veg, it's a girl.

What a bright little mate
Coco is so bright that it is written in his face. You will know exactly what I mean when you meet him. It is the way he holds his head when he looks at you .....he is extremely attentive and has left quite an impression on me. In fact, he looks so clever at you I would not be surpised to see him waering glasses,- that would only suit his image.

What happened?
How sad. Why did he have to leave his new found home again? Poor Coco.

Re: Coco - Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, Dog (< 1 Year)
I have popped him into this section until he becomes available for rehoming. I understand Kate, the behaviourist, is working with his issues, and when he is available for rehoming I will put him back in the main section.
Coco
very sad to see the announcement regarding Coco, Was it illness or behavioural? he looked such a stunner in his pictures its such a shame . unfortunately life is very cruel and not all dogs can be saved no matter how hard people try

Re: Coco - Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, Dog (< 1 Year)
We are all saddened by the loss of Coco.
We, on this forum have no more information than you have about Coco.
Unfortunately FDR have not elaborated on their web site statement
We would be extremely interested in what those best efforts were that made it necessary for Coco to be put to sleep rather than becoming a sponsor dog like Baggy, Seth, Bandit and Alfie.
Can we suggest that you approach FDR directly for an answer to your question as we are no longer in a position to speak for them since they expressed a desire not to be associated with the forums and requested that we remove their branding which is why we have changed the forum look and feel.
