My fosters so far Empty My fosters so far

Post  Julie Thu Jan 05, 2012 9:46 am

I started out working for another rescue and then moved over to Forest Dog Rescue when Ria would not stop telling me how different they were and how good they were to work with ... so I took the plunge and moved over - I have not regretted the decision for one moment.

As you know I take photos all of the time and decided to print a photo of each of my foster dogs to frame and put on the wall going up my stairs at home... as I have saved them all I would like to start this section of the forum and share with you the joy that has come to my family since February 2011:

Foster Dog No.1 - Leyla the lurcher from the other kennels:

My fosters so far CIMG1375

Number 2 was Bart, again from the other kennels:

My fosters so far CIMG6293

Number 3 and the last dog from the old kennels is Bella - the lovely rottie who I had to soul search hard not to keep ....

Over to FDR - and onto Dog number 4 who was Ace:

My fosters so far CIMG8045

Then Leo(n) from FDR - foster dog number 5:

My fosters so far CIMG8145

At number 6 is Angie:

My fosters so far P1040437

Number 7 is Nelly

My fosters so far CIMG9709

Number 8 is Sheba

My fosters so far CIMG0998-1

Number 9 is Charley

My fosters so far CIMG1546

Current number 10 is Missy

My fosters so far CIMG2198

I wonder who will be foster dog number 11

My fosters so far Empty Brilliant fosterers!

Post  quirkydreamweaver Thu Mar 01, 2012 8:42 am

Just felt the need to say that I think you fosterers are absolutely amazing and deserve every bit of praise and thanks that is heaped upon you! Sometimes you definitely need a medal, or at very least a hefty supply of Valium! (Ria and Tucker spring to mind, bless him). I really don't know how you do it - I would want to keep each and every one of them, I think! Anyway, I think you're all brilliant and I just wanted to say so My fosters so far 1956175960
